Persona & tone
Name, voice, and do/don’t rules so Luna sounds like your brand.
Luna
Luna is the assistant inside Beyond Commerce. You set its tone and guardrails; it reads your live catalog, customers, and orders (not the open web) and drafts senior CS-style replies instead of canned one-liners. It can open or enrich orders from chat, validate payment slips when the match is confident, and message customers about status updates you turn on.
Money stays safe: refunds, fuzzy slips, and policy exceptions route to your people unless you explicitly automate them.
Try “Ask Luna” on any marketing page (bottom corner) for product Q&A.

Luna does not invent products or random prices. It uses the catalog, fees, and customer facts you approved, so answers match what you sell, what is on the order, and what shoppers see at checkout.

When someone sends a bank slip, Luna lines up amount, time, and reference with the order. If the match is not confident, it flags your staff instead of guessing. You keep the photo and decide with your normal process.

You tune voice, pace, and policies so replies feel like your shop: helpful, specific, and human, even though Luna is doing the heavy lifting on repetitive questions.

If you want Luna quiet for a while, you can switch it off. Your team can always open the thread, see the full history, and reply by hand. Nothing gets lost.
